We believe that, it may be difficult to make a purchase decision
without reviewing the samples. We welcome you to request samples from us and test our quality products.
 Data & Documents:
Please provide us with full-set specifications of the requested samples, or a sample if they are not our existing product. In the event of CD DVD replication/duplication, you should also provide the Copyright Certificate and the letter of Authorization.
Sampling Cost:
The sample production will usually take even higher cost than mass production. (Some existing samples may be free of charge, please contact your sales representative for details!) The customer shall pay the sampling cost and courier charge to our bank account in advance. we'll refund the sampling cost after order is confirmed.
Shipping Cost/Courier Charge:
In case that the samples are free of charge, the customer will only have to pay the international courier charge. Generally, there are three most popular ways to arrange the sample parcel:
 Pre-pay the courier cost,
The customer shall contact our sales representatives to figure out the acurate delivery cost involved and get our bank account information. Then transfer the amount to our bank account and send us the T/T copy when available. Or
Providing collect account,
If you'd provide us a valid courier account from Fedex/DHL/TNT, etc., we'll arrange the sample parcel to you with freight collect service.
Arrange couriers to pick up,
Please contact your local courier (Fedex/DHL/TNT, etc.) office
and ask them to communicate our local counterparts to arrange
collecting sample parcel at our factory.
